Homemade Strawberry Blueberry and Raspberry Jam

Makes: about 2 cups


Time Preparing: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 60-90 minutes

Total Time: 70-90 minutes



- 4 cups ripe organic strawberry

- 1 cup organic Blueberry

- 1 cup organic raspberry

- 1 cup fresh orange juice

- 2 packets of organic stevia

- 1 teaspoon coconut oil 



Wash well, drain and stem strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries

Place a medium pot over medium heat, add the fruits, and all the ingredients, bring to a boil

Reduce heat to low, stir occasionally with a wooden spoon

Simmer until the mixture is reduced to one third and is thick

Remove from heat, let it cool

Sterilize a glassed jar with the lid, store the jam up to 8-10 days in the refrigerator

Serve it with ice cream, bread, cookie, smoothies, cake roll filling, cake top, fruit salads, etc.
