Smoked Wild Salmon, Whipped Fresh Cream Cheese and Guacamole Bites - (Anti-inflammatory)

Smoked Wild Salmon, Whipped Fresh Cream Cheese, and Guacamole Bites 
Serves: 4-6


Time Preparing: 15-20 minutes



- 4-ounces wild smoked salmon, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 4-6 tablespoons fresh whipped cream cheese 

- 2 ripe avocados, (flesh)

- 2 tablespoons red onions, finely chopped

- ¼ tablespoon fresh cayenne, finely chopped (optional)

- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1 pinch of sea salt

- 1 pickle, sliced and quartered 



Step 1 (preparing guacamole)

In a medium bowl place avocado flesh and roughly mash with a fork

Add red onions, cayenne, cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt, stir well to combine, 1-2 minutes, reserve


Step 2

In a serve plate place the pieces of salmon as deserved, reserve


Step 3

Using a knife, spread a whipped cream cheese layer on the top of the slices of salmon

Top the cream cheese with a teaspoon of guacamole

Garnish with a piece of pickle

Serve immediately to avoid guacamole oxidation
