Crispy Pork Loin with Bacon and - Herbs

Serves: 6

Time Roasting: 130-150 minutes

Total Time: 130-150 minutes


- 3 pounds boneless pork loin

- 12 OZ (340g) bacon strips, cut into lardons

- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 3 tablespoons of dried rosemary

- 1 teaspoon sea salt

- Freshly ground black pepper to taste


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Step 2

Combine in a large bowl garlic, sea salt, black pepper and dried rosemary

Rub that all over the pork loin

Place pork loin in an oven resistant dish lined with parchment paper

Step 3

Carefully, add a layer of bacon all over the pork loin

Step 4

Roast for 130-150 minutes

Step 5

Carefully remove from oven

Transfer pork loin to a serve plate

Carefully slice it in order to keep the crispy bacon on the top
