Roasted Rack of Lamb

Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes

Cook Time: 60 minutes

Total Time: 65-70 minutes


- 1- pound rack of lamb

- Sea salt to taste (chunky)

- 1 teaspoon of Ghee or fat of choice


Preheat oven 350 degrees

In a medium bowl, coat the rack of lamb with ghee, and sprinkle sea salt

In an oven safe plate place the rack of lamb fat up

Roast until golden brown, 50-60 minutes

Remove excess salt

Cut as wanted

Serve immediately
