Multimineral, Multivitamin and Prebiotic Tonic

This is a powerful tonic with easy to absorb nutrients all crucial for excellent health status.
Ingredients
1 cup bone broth (recipe here)
1 tablespoon green banana biomass (recipe here)
1 tablespoon mixed fresh herbs, finely chopped (I used in this recipe marjoram, sage and cilantro – use anyone you like and diversify every day)
Preparation
Reheat broth broth and banana biomass in a small pot over low heat until it reaches 130 degrees Fahrenheit (no more than that to keep the resistant starch and its benefits in the banana biomass)
Add the herbs, and drink it twice a day
