Tea for Helping with Colds and Sore Throat

Ingredients
- 2-inch fresh ginger, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced with peel
- 2 scallions, cut into 4 pieces
- 3 cups of filtered water
- Raw honey
Preparation
In a tea pot, over medium heat, add water and bring to boil
Add ginger, lemon and the green onions
Reduce the heat to a low temperature, simmer 5-10 minutes
Turn off the heat, cover tea pot with the lid for 10 minutes, to became better flavored
Strain the tea
Serve adding a teaspoon of raw honey per serving
