Dragon Fruit, Passion Fruit and Coconut Milk Smoothie

Time Preparing: 10-15 minutes

 

Ingredients

- 1 large Passion fruit

- 1 ripe dragon fruit (skin on), sliced (skin has powerful antioxidants)

- 2 cups coconut milk

- 2 packets stevia

- Ice (optional)

 

Preparation

In a blender, place inner passion fruit, pulse for 10 seconds

Pour it in a strainer, remove the seeds

Pour the passion fruit pulp back into the blender

Add dragon fruit, coconut milk, and stevia

Blend until smoothie

Pour into a glass, add ice, and serve
