Tomato  and Cilantro Vinaigrette

Serve: 4


Time Preparing: 15 minutes



- 1 big tomato seeded, finely chopped

- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon cayenne, finelly chopped

- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- ¼ teaspoon sea salt



In a medium bowl combine tomato, onions, cilantro, cayenne, lemon juice, olive oil and salt, stir until well  combined

Taste the seasoning and add more salt or olive oil if needed

Transfer to a serving bowl
