Roasted  Chicken Breast with Fresh Herbs and Turmeric


Serves: 2 to 3 people


Time Preparing: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 90 minutes

Total Time: 100 minutes



- 2 chicken breasts, bone and skin on

- 2 tablespoon olive oil or fat of choice

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 teaspoon turmeric, powder

- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary

- 1 teaspoon sea salt



Season the chicken breasts by coating it with the olive oil, garlic, turmeric, rosemary, salt in a medium sized bowl.

Place the chicken breasts, skin up into an oven-safe plate

Roast for 90 min in a 350 degrees temperature or until golden brown

Serve immediately
