Sautéed Cabbage with Cilantro

Serves: 4

Time Preparing; 10 minutes

Time Cooking: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20-25 minutes

Ingredients

- 1 medium head cabbage (any color), thinly sliced (discard the core)

- 2 tablespoon ghee, or fat of choice

- 1 red onion, finely chopped

- 3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped

- ¼ teaspoon sea salt

- Freshly grounded black pepper to taste

Preparation

Heat a skillet with ghee over medium heat

Place the onion, stir occasionally, sauté for 5 minutes Add the cabbage, stir occasionally, sauté until tender, 10 minutes

Add salt, pepper, and cilantro, stir well, remove from heat

Serve warm
